My computer is being a butthead, so until I get things sorted out, commissions are closed.(Unless you're interested in a traditional art commission...?)

The emphasis here is on fast! I only plan on spending 30-45 minutes on each piece. This means simple backgrounds, sacrificing details, etc. But! You get full-color art for a low price!

Okay, so first of all the MLP fancomic has been pushed back to January. I wasn't able to build up the buffer that I wanted to be able to launch the comic during the holidays. I haven't set the exact launch date, but probably around mid-January.

The next page of The Reborn will be posted on Wednesday, December 26, instead of on Monday, like usual. This will be the last page of the chapter and I'll be taking a short 2-3 week hiatus. This will give me a chance to work on the scripts for the next few chapters and work a bit on the MLP comic. I'll be posting fillers and if anyone has ever wanted to do guest art, this would be very appreciated.

Dream About Me will be ending its hiatus very soon, however, updates will be irregular until I've finished the MLP comic.

There aren't any real changes in store for Mario's Day Job. I did skip an update last week, but I'm trying to keep updates regular, because I really, really would like to finish. Of course, this time last year, I thought that MDJ was going to end by the Fall. So...But the end is in sight.

On a personal note, my sister had a baby on Friday!
I'm going to spoil my nephew so much!

All right, I guess it's time for a new journal entry. I can't believe it's been almost six months since I had appendicitis! @_@
(Commissions are still open, btw, but right now I'm not trading art for blind bag ponies)

So, anyway, I'm planning a My Little Pony mini-comic, about twelve pages counting the cover. The comic uses a really minimal style, almost no dialogue or sound effects and backgrounds are...mostly non-existent. Well...clouds count as backgrounds, right...? Anyway, my questions to you guys is this: would you rather get weekly updates, starting in early-to-mid November or get the whole comic all at once in December? Bear in mind that this isn't exactly a fast-paced comic.

I keep waffling between the two. On one hand, weekly updates mean I can start posting pages much sooner and getting feedback and comments will help keep me motivated. On the other hand, waiting until it's all done means less pressure.

so, really, it's up to you guys. Which would you prefer?

Hello, dearies! As some of you may have already heard, I had my appendix removed earlier this week and was hospitalized for several days. I'm going to be out of work for several weeks so I'd like to open commissions again to help me get through the next few weeks.

Unlike my previous journal post, you can commission just about anything this time, not just MLP.

Sketches: $2
A simple pencil sketch of 1-2 characters; I can add some simple colors with GIMP for an extra dollar. Additional characters are $1 each.


Digital Art: $5
This is penciled and inked traditionally, then scanned and colored in GIMP. Very simple backgrounds. 1-2 characters, additional characters are $! each.


Digital Art with Backgrounds $10
Similar to the above, only with a background.


ACEO $5
An ACEO is 2.5x3.5 inches in size (about the same as a regular playing or trading card) 1-2 characters only. The original card is mailed to you at no extra cost.


I am also looking for a wave 1 Blind Bag Pinkie Pie and would be willing to trade her any $5 commission (or take $5 off a $10 commission).

I only accept Paypal only.
